Common delivery documents
- Product data sheet, model list and main technical parameters;
- Material description, dimensional drawing and interface information;
- Classification society certificate or type approval document (if applicable to the project);
- Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance instructions;
- Inspection records, factory documents and packaging identification information.
Different ship types, classification societies and project contracts may have different document requirements. It is recommended to determine the document template, language, signature and delivery node during the inquiry or technical clarification stage to avoid supplementing information after the product is completed.
