Is BV MED Module B equivalent to being able to use Wheelmark directly?

Not equivalent. Module B belongs to the type inspection stage, and the production compliance procedures and other applicable requirements still need to be completed before corresponding declaration and labeling can be made for qualified equipment. Specifically, the certificate schedule, production compliance documents, product identification and validity at the time of delivery should be checked.
